Perma Blend Grey from the Perma Blend I Love Ink Eyebrow Collection by Tina Davies is a medium to dark grey shade with a yellow base. Grey can be used on clients with greying or 'salt and pepper' hair and fair, beige and olive skin tones. It can also be used to cover orange, red and green.
